3 Case Priority
Correctly prioritizing cases allows investigators to understand which cases should be worked on first.
You can configure Investigation Hub to prioritize cases according to your requirements, based on case type, jurisdiction, and business domain. Investigators can later choose to change the case priority for individual cases manually, if needed.
To access the Case Priority List page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the landing page.
- Click the Oracle Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management Anti Money Laundering Cloud Service to access the Navigation List. The Navigation List displays the list of modules.
- Click Application Administration and then click Investigation Hub Administration
- Select Case Priority. The Case Priority List page opens and displays the case priority list.

list.
