6.4 Deleting a Queue You can delete queues when they are no longer required. To delete a queue, follow these steps: Click Application Administration and then click Investigation Hub Administration. Select Queue Management. The Queue Management page opens. Under the Actions column, against an existing queue, click the Delete icon. The Delete Queue pop-up appears with a confirmation. Click Delete. The queue is deleted and removed from the Queue List. The queue also disappears from any existing User Group Queue mappings. Note:Any queue edited or deleted shall be impacted on the Queue Management screen.
