8.7.2 Enabling Match Score Display for CS Cases To view the match quality and match score for events: Click Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page. Click Admin menu. The Investigation Hub Administration page is displayed. Click Customer Screening Configurations link. Customer Screening Case page is displayed. In the Enable Match Score Display for CS Events drop-down, select the required value.The available options are: Display Match Quality - this option displays the level of match quality (high, medium or low). Display Match Quality and Match Score - this option displays the level of match quality along with the match score value. Display Match Score - this option displays only the match score value. To save the selection, click Save. To save and close the page, click Save and Close.
