An analyst user can take Recommend to Release and Recommend to Block actions. Another analyst user can also take Release and Block actions, if the role is mapped to the corresponding workflow steps involving the actions (Release/Block) in the Workflow designer.

Note:

This is only allowed if the configuration in the administration page is selected as a Case-level disposition only.

However, a user can be blocked to act on a case that the user themselves has taken the last action. The New User Required validation must be mapped with the corresponding workflow steps involving the corresponding action in the Workflow designer. . Once this validation is added, if the same user who took the last status change action tries to take the next status change action, the application will display an error message.
