8.2 Setting Default Case View

You can set the required case page as the default view.
  1. Click Open Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
  2. Click on the logged in user icon on the right-top side and click Profile.
  3. Based on your preference select the required page:
    • All Cases
    • AML Cases
    • CS Cases
    • KYC Cases
    • TF Cases

    Note:

    By default, the All Cases page is selected.
  4. To save your selection, click Save User Preferences.

    Note:

    This configuration is applicable only for Transaction Filtering (TF) and Customer Screening (CS) cases.
  5. (Optional) To reset to default selections, click Reset User Preferences.
  6. (Optional) To close without saving, click Close without Save or the close icon on the top-right side.
