5.5 Viewing In-App Notifications

If you have configured in-app notifications, you can view them from the iHUB screen.

1. Click Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
   The number of notifications are listed on the Ask Oracle logo.

   The list of notifications with case details are displayed. You can click on the case link to view the details.

2. (Optional) To clear the notification after viewing, click Dismiss.
