General Configuration

On the General Configuration page you can set the display format of the Assignee drop-downs across the application via the Assignee display drop-down list. Select a value from this drop-down list:

• Display User ID
• Display User Name
• Display User Name and User ID

Once the selection is saved, this setting will be applied uniformly to every Assignee drop-down list.

Additionally, in the Default Case View section you can select the default case view for each case. You can select All Cases if you want all cases to be displayed, or you can select My Cases to only display cases assigned for the user.
