Using Entity View

Note:

The Primary Entity for CS batch cases is the Customer, except for the CS_314a_TRXN and CS_EE case types, for which it is the External Entity.

The following attributes are supported for AI Investigator for Entities:

• Full Name
• Country of Taxation
• Address
• Country of Incorporation
