4 Liquidity Coverage Ratio Calculation
The RBI Liquidity Coverage Ratio calculations address the final guidelines on the LCR, Liquidity Risk Monitoring Tools and LCR Disclosure Standards that were published by Reserve Bank of India in June 2014. Additionally, the calculations cater to the amendments published subsequently up to April 2025. Major amendments include revised rules introducing an additional run-off rate for digital deposits, updated treatment of haircuts on government securities, and treatment for lowered run-off rate for deposits from non-financial entities such as trusts, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), partnerships, Association of Persons(AoPs).
