DELETE_BY_ID	Deletes a file by file ID.
DOWNLOAD	Downloads a file by name.

GET_PAR	Generates a PAR URL for a file name.
GET_PAR_BY_ID	Generates a PAR URL for a file ID.
EXECUTE	Executes a batch.
STATUS	Returns the status of a batch or selected tasks.
DATALOAD	Loads a data file to a stage table.
