The following table lists the role codes and function codes required to configure the File Upload/Download Utility.

CEGBU File Prefix Access Control
Group-based access control is available for CEGBU file prefixes. Upload, download, and delete operations check the authenticated user's group memberships against the prefix-level access flags before continuing.
If access rules exist for the effective prefix, the user must belong to at least one group with the required access flag enabled.
If no effective prefix access rows are configured, access is allowed by default. A user can view the folder administration drawer only if the FLDR_ACCESS role code (FLDR_ACCESS_ADMIN group) is mapped to the user.
