7.4 Backup SCHEMA_CREATOR_IN.xml, OFS_PAM_SCHEMA_OUTPUT.xml, and Silent.props Files

Back up the SCHEMA_CREATOR.xml, OFS_PAM_SCHEMA_OUTPUT.xml, and Silent.props files as they can be reused when upgrading existing applications or installing new applications.
