7.8 Setting a Due Date
Analyst and Supervisor can set a due date or modify an existing due date to provide a resolution to the report.
The Set Due Date action is available in the application only when an
Administrator set the Edit Due Date Flag attribute to Y in the Application Parameters
table. For more information, see the OFS Case Investigation Administration Guide.

Note:
An auditor can only view the Due Date.To set a due date for a report, follow these steps:
- On the Reports Details page, click Set Due Date. The Report Actions window is displayed.
- Enter the comments in the Comments field.
- Enter or click Calendar to select the due date.
- Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed and the Report Details page is updated with a new due date. The Audit page tracks both actions and comments entered while performing the Set Due Date action.
