Use this section to update Information respecting the structure of entity.

To update Information respecting the structure of entity, follow these steps.

1. Enter the following information in the Information respecting the structure of entity fields as tabulated.
   Information respecting the structure of entity table describes fields to add Information respecting the structure of an entity. Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

   Entity structure/type	Providethe entity ownership structure type: l Corporation l Theentity other than a corporation or trust If"Entity other than a corporation or trust" is selected, provide specification.
   Natureof entity's principal business	Enterthe nature of the entity's principal business. Youmust be as descriptive as possible when entering the entity’s principal business. Ifthe entity’s principal business is “sales,” provide the type of sales, such as “pharmaceutical sales” or “retail clothing sales.” You can enter a numeric classification code and the code title in this field (for example, NAICS – North American Industry ClassificationSystem). However, a numeric code on its own is not sufficient, as you need a written description of the nature of the entity’s principal business as explained above.
   Do you have the entity’s incorporationor registration information?	SelectYes or No to specify whether you have the entity’s incorporation or registration information.
   Incorporatedor registered?	This field is enabled only if you have selected Yes in the Do you havethe entity’s incorporation or registration information? field. Indicatewhether the entity is registered, incorporated, registered, and incorporated or unknown.

2. Click Save. Information about the information respecting the structure of the entity is added.
