2.1 New Features

New, changed, and deprecated features of OFS CRR are described, with pointers to additional information.

The following list describes new features and enhancements for OFS CRR Release 8.1.2.10.0:

• ECM Milestone: Updating ECM milestone actions through a web service call. CRR will send feedback on any milestone changes to the ECM audit history. This integration covers all three templates: US SAR, CA-STR, and goAML. Implementing this change as a web service allows ECM investigators to view the current status of a SAR-filed report in real time.
• Configuring Actions using PMF: In CRR, action buttons are managed through Process Management Framework (PMF) configurations. Administrators can define which actions are available at each workflow stage by adjusting the PMF settings. This dynamic display helps streamline the user experience, enforces process compliance, and ensures that actions align with organizational policies.
• Multi Template Support: This enhancement allows institutions to configure and manage multiple templates—such as CA-STR, goAML, and US SAR—within a single CRR instance. The solution ensures that template-specific metadata is maintained separately, preventing any overlap or conflicts between templates.
