6.3.3.1.3 Additional Information

Use this section to additional information such as Device Number, Service Provider, IP Value, and so on to the selected transaction.

To add additional information to the selected transaction, follow these steps:

1. On the Involved Parties Information section, click for Account, Entity, or Person. The Add Involved Party section is expanded based on your selection (Account, Entity, or Person).
2. Enter the details in the additional information fields.

   Table 6-8 Additional information

   Fields	Description
   Device Number	Enter the device number used by the involved party.
   Operating System	Enter the operating system details.
   Service Provider	Enter the server provide details.
   NAT	Enter the Network Address Translation (NAT) details.
   IP Type	Enter the Internet Protocol type.
   IP Value	Enter the Internet Protocol value.
   First Seen Date	Enter the first seen date.
   Last Seen Date	Enter the last seen date.
   Using Proxy	Select whether the user is a proxy.
   City	Enter the name of the city where the involved party is using this device.
   Country	Select the name of the country from which where involved party is using this device.
   Comments	Enter the additional comments if you have.

3. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed, and the involved party's information is updated.
