4.5 Downloading Bulk E-File

Use this section to download bulk E-Files. To download bulk E-Files, follow these steps:

1. 1. On the Search and List page, click Bulk E-File Download.
2. 2. The E-File List window is displayed.
3. 3. Select the date range to filter the required e-files. The list of e-files is displayed.
4. 4. Click Bulk Download to download all the e-files in the list.
5. 5. If you want to download specific E-files or E-files, then select those E-files and click Bulk Download.

NOTE

The naming convention of the E-File will be GOAML_YYYY_M- M_DD_version.zip, where the version will be 01, 02, depending upon the number of bulk downloads in a day. This will reset to 01 for the next day.
