6.1.2 Report Context

The Report Context displays information about the report, and only the Report Name can be modified; the rest of the fields are non-editable. It contains minimize and maximize buttons that allow you to expand and collapse the details in the Report Context.

The BSA ID (Bank Secrecy Act Identifier) is generated when the acknowledgment file (XML file) is uploaded into the OFS CRR application. After the XML file is uploaded into the OFS CRR application, the BSA ID field in the Report Context is auto-updated.

To modify the Report Name, follow these steps:

1. On the Search and List page, click the Report Number link, and the Report Details page is displayed. Click the expanded Report Details page is displayed.
2. Click Edit. The Report Name field is enabled.
3. Modify the required changes and click Save. These changes will be captured in the Audit history.

NOTE

The report name is modified only when the selected report is in Editable mode.
