4.3.3.6 Viewing the Draft Report

The Regulatory Report Details page allows Analyst, Supervisor, and Super User users to view the draft report. You can view the draft PDF in any status.

To view the draft report, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Regulatory Reports List page.
2. Click the Report Number. The Report Details page is displayed.

   NOTE

   If the report version is 1.1, you cannot open a report. An error message is displayed. However, you can download the report PDF using the Download link from the Report List.

3. Click the Draft Report icon. The File is downloaded to your local system.

   NOTE

   You can also view the report details in PDF by clicking the PDF icon in the Draft Report column in the Regulatory Reports List.

4. Click Open to view the report details in a PDF. Click Save to save the PDF to your local system. Click Cancel to close the File Download box.

The following figure is an illustration of the initial pages of the draft report that you can view when you open the report. An old PDF is displayed for the old reports, and a new PDF is displayed for the newly submitted report.
