2.1 New Features
New, changed, and deprecated features of OFS CRR are described, with pointers to additional information.
Purge Utility – goAML
The goAML Purge Utility is a critical solution for regulatory compliance and system efficiency. It enables the secure and irreversible deletion of legacy data that has surpassed mandatory retention periods, helping to maintain a streamlined and compliant environment.
By systematically removing outdated or unnecessary data, the purge utility ensures ongoing compliance with data retention policies and optimizes system performance. Users can leverage this tool to delete transaction data and business information associated with reports, in line with organizational requirements and regulatory guidelines
BD CRR GOAML: Addition of Relationship Start and End Date Columns in CUST_ACCT Table
This enhancement ensures that only customers with an active or effective role linked to the account involved in a transaction are included in the GOAML template. Specifically, a customer will be selected if the transaction date is within the customer role’s effective period (that is, between the role's effective date and role end date).
STG_PARTY_ACCOUNT_ROLE_MAP must now include the following columns:
D_ROLE_EFFECTIVE_DATED_ROLE_END_DATE
These changes allow accurate filtering and population of customer-account relationships based on their validity period, thereby improving data quality and compliance for GOAML reporting.
