3 New Features and Enhancements in this Release

  1. Model & Pipeline Onboarding Framework

We have replaced fragmented, backend-heavy tasks with a single, guided onboarding process. Previously, making a model "STSA-ready" required manual data catalog interactions and backend patching to define entities, inputs, and outputs.

When you select a model or process, a guided flow now walks you through defining everything STSA needs to function—from data copy requirements and variable inputs to results aggregation and date management.

Business Value: By the end of this step-by-step flow, your model is fully operational within the app. What used to be a series of disconnected manual tasks is now a streamlined, "one-and-done" onboarding experience.

  2. Multi-Dimensional Scenario Management

Scenario creation is now as complex and realistic as the markets you track. You are no longer limited to perturbing variables within a single table.

You can now create assumptions based on relationships across multiple, different tables. If a variable’s behavior is driven by data sitting elsewhere in your ecosystem, STSA can now link and apply those dependencies.

Business Value: This enables far more sophisticated and realistic "what-if" modeling without the need for manual data workarounds.

  3. Dynamic Multi-Level Results & Reporting

We have broken down the barriers in how you view your results. Previously, you were often limited to viewing an attribute (like Region) at a single, fixed level.

You can now analyze results across up to five levels of depth (for example., viewing data simultaneously by Continent, Country, and Zip Code). Dashboards now adapt automatically to these selections.

Business Value: This provides instant, granular clarity, allowing executives and analysts to drill down from a global view to local specifics within a single report.

  4. Integrated Hierarchy Management

Hierarchy management has moved from the platform level directly into STSA.

You no longer need to navigate to separate AAI platform screens to create or manage dimensions.

Business Value: By bringing these controls into the STSA interface, we’ve created a more cohesive user experience that accelerates configuration and simplifies governance.

  5. Enhanced Execution Control

Project execution is now more transparent and resilient.

New controls allow you to abort or resume executions, track progress at the project level, and view live status updates.

Business Value: This gives you total command over long-running processes, ensuring that if a correction is needed, you can pivot quickly without losing momentum.

  6. Automated Attribute-to-Source Mapping

To perturb variables or aggregate results, STSA must understand the relationship between business attributes (dimensions) and your source data. This used to require building complex connections within a data catalog.

This mapping process is now fully automated. STSA uses semantic intelligence to suggest and apply mappings across your entities.

Business Value: By automating these complex connections, we have reduced onboarding time by up to 3×, significantly lowering the risk of manual error and speeding up your path to result analysis.

  7. Re-runs and Resumes

Managing long-running project executions requires clear visibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes. Previously, recovering from interruptions or making corrections during execution was limited.

Project execution controls now offer greater flexibility and visibility. STSA allows you to enable auto-refresh for live execution updates and abort or resume executions using new controls, with project-level status tracking.

Business Value: These enhancements enable smoother recovery, faster corrections, and more controlled management of long-running processes.
