The following Report Filters are available:

• Added Date (Day): The record creation date.
• Expire Date (Day): Expiry Date is set by the user in iHUB or manually in the Exemption tool.
• Exemption Identifier: The unique id that is created when an exemption is added to the exemption list.
• Case Identifier: The case number from which the exemption is sent. This will be blank is a record is added manually through the exemption tool itself by the supervisor user.
• Watchlist Name: Name of the Watchlist.
• Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction is set by the user in iHUB during exemption submission or manually in the Exemption tool by the supervisor user.
• Status: The exemption status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired). Records that are deleted are not removed from the Exemption tool and that is provided with a “Delete” status in the UI.
• Expiration Date: Expiry Date of the exemption record.
• Request Type: Exemptions can be made for Name or Narrative. This field highlights if it is name or narrative.
