1.1 Steps to Access Canned Reports

Follow these steps to Access Canned Reports:
  1. Access the Admin Console from the Financial Services Analytical Applications Home page.
  2. Under the System Configuration tab, select the Reports for download. A Date Reporting - Data View window will open with the list of Canned Reports. For Transaction Filtering, the following are Canned Reports:
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_RAW_DATA_REPORT: After the RT posting and batch execution, message’s raw data information is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_MATCHES_REPORT: After the RT posting and batch execution, matches information is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_CASES_REPORT: After the RT posting and batch execution, Cases information is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_STRUCTURE_REPORT_SWIFT: After the RT posting for SWIFT messages, Structure message information with status as HOLD/FAILED/CLEAN is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_STRUCTURE_REPORT_FEDWIRE: After the RT posting for FEDWIRE messages, Structure message information with status as HOLD/FAILED/CLEAN is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_STRUCTURE_REPORT_SEPA: After the RT posting and batch execution for SEPA messages, Structure message information with status as HOLD/FAILED/CLEAN is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_STRUCTURE_REPORT_NACHA: After the batch execution for NACHA messages, Structure message information with status as HOLD/FAILED/CLEAN is captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze the data accordingly.
    • FCC_CANNED_TF_GENAI_NARRATIVE_REPORT: After the RT posting for SWIFT and SEPA messages, GEN AI-based Narrative screening details are captured in the canned report. You can view this data and analyze it accordingly.
  3. Click on the Menu button next to Canned Report and then select View to view the report details.
  4. Expand the report to view the default Attribute names. In the bottom right corner of the Entity & Attributes tab, click on Continue to preview the report details in the Data Preview tab.
  5. Click on the Menu button next to Canned Report and then select Exportto export the report details.
  6. Click on the Menu button next to Canned Report and then select Status / Download to see the export status and download the report details in CSV file format.
