Using the Additional Information Widget

The Additional Information widget allows you to provide additional context not considered by the scenario that will aid in investigating events generated by the Create Event widget in DTP scenario pipelines.

Oracle FCCM clients provide many types of data in Business tables which may not be required for a particular scenario pipeline to successfully generate an event. This information can provide essential context which will assist investigators as they disposition the events and cases. By adding one or more Additional Information widget, you can include this information in the event, so that it is available for compliance officers and investigators to consider.
The Additional Information widget can only be attached to a Create Event widget. Multiple Additional Information widgets can be connected to one Create Event widget.
