20.2.39 AIInsightGeneration Batch Details

The AIInsightGeneration batch is to generate the AI insights for the cases in Investigation Hub. This feature can only be used if Artificial Investigation Assistant Cloud Service is deployed. This feature is supported for CS RT, CS Batch and 314a cases (except CS_314aTRX and CS_EE type cases) that give a conclusion summary based on each event details.

To enable the AIInsightGeneration, run the GenerativeAIInsights Task batch by selecting the required option.

The batch has the following two options:
  1. Generate for All - select this option to run new and failed events.
  2. Re-generate for All - select this option to run existing successful events only.

Note:

Ensure that the AIInsightGeneration batch runs independently, as other case management related batches may fail if triggered when this batch is in execution. For more information about running batches, see the Scheduler Services User Guide.
To enable AI Generative feature, ensure that you:
  1. Enable the AI Investigator (AII).
  2. Run the AIInsightGeneration batch after running other batches for case creation.
The following are the AI narrative status for a CS case:
  • Narrative has not yet been initiated - the batch is not yet run for the narrative to be generated.
  • Narrative generation is in progress - the batch is running, and the narrative is getting generated.
  • Actual narrative after it is generated - the batch is completed, and the narrative is displayed.
  • Narrative generation failed - the batch is completed but the narrative is not generated due to insufficient data.

Note:

If either Customer or Watchlist information or both are unavailable, then the AI narrative is not generated for CS and RT CS cases.
