3.1.4 Using External Service Widget

External Service refers to an existing set of services that the customer can use to derive the risk of certain business entities, configure data movement for case management, create events, and so on.

If an external service has already been created and configured, you do not need to create it again. Previously created external services are available for reuse in any pipeline.
