Search File Detail

The Search File Detail zone allows you to search for a file. It contains the following sections:

• Search Criteria - section allows you to search by the status of the file. It contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  File Name	Used to specify the file name.	Yes
  File Status	Used to search the files with a particular status. The valid values are: Complete Error Pending Reject	Yes
  File Request Type	Used to search the files which are uploaded using a particular file request type.	No
  External System	Used to indicate the name of the external system.	No
  File Business From Date	Used to search the file details that are uploaded from a legacy system on or after a particular date.	No
  File Business To Date	Used to search file details that are uploaded from legacy system on or before a particular date.	No
  File Upload From Date	Used to search the files which are uploaded on or later than the specified date.	No
  File Upload To Date	Used to search the files which are uploaded on or earlier than the specified date.	No

  Note: You must specify the File Status while searching for a file request.

• Search Results - section displays results based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section. It contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  File ID	Displays the unique auto generated ID.
  File Name	Displays the file name.
  Retry Count	Displays the number of retry attempts done.
  Status	File request status
  Error Message	Respective failure message of that request Note: If this request has failed multiple times then this will have the latest value.
  Create Date Time	Request uploaded in ORMB system time.
  Update Date Time	Request details updated date time.
  File Request Type	Displays the file request type that is associated with this record.
  Pending	Displays the number of records in the Pending status.
  Processed	Displays the number of records in the Processed status.
  Error	Displays the number of records in the Error status.
  Retry	Displays the number of records in the Retry status.
  Ignore	Displays the number of records in the Ignore status.
  Skipped	Displays the number of records in the Skipped status.
  In Progress	Displays the number of records in the In Progress status.
  Retry Limit Exceeded	Displays the number of records in the Retry Limit Exceeded status.
  Total Records	Displays the total number of records within a file.
  File Business Date	Displays the date when the file was uploaded from the legacy system.
  File Upload Date Time	Displays the date and time when the file was uploaded or staged in the system.
