Prerequisites

To extract invoice in the UBL format, you need to do the following:

• Define the C1_​STM feature configuration.

• Define the C1-InvoiceChargeExtract business service in the system.

• Define the C1-UBLINVOICEEXTRACT extract template in the system and associate it with the C1-InvoiceChargeExtract business service.

• Map the required UBL fields with the corresponding fields in the system.

• Define the C1-UBLBILEX algorithm using the C1-UBLBILEX algorithm type.

• Define the following parameters for C1-UBLBILEX algorithm:

  • Extract Folder

  • Dat Folder

  • External System Input String

  • Extract Template Code

• Attach the C1-UBLBILEX algorithm with the bill route types using the POSTROUT batch control.
