Child Entities

The Child Entities zone displays the details of the child entity. It contains the following columns:

Column Name Column Description
Entity Information Displays information about the child entity. In addition, this column has a context menu (The Context Menu Icon) icon which helps in navigating to other screens in the application.
Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person screen appears where you can view the details of the respective payee.
Entity Type Indicates the entity type. The valid values are:

  • Pharmacy

  • Vendor

Note: The list includes only those values which are defined in the C1-ENTYP characteristic type.
NABP Id/Member Id/Payee Id Displays the following information:

  • NABP Id - Displays the unique identifier assigned by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to identify a licensed pharmacy.

  • Member Id - Displays the unique identifier assigned to a member or patient by a health plan or pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) for eligibility verification and claims processing.

  • Payee Id - Displays the unique identifier assigned to the payee (such as a pharmacy, provider, or organization) for payment and reimbursement processing.
Start Date Displays the date from when the child entity is effective.
End Date Displays the date till when the child entity is effective.
Note:

The data in the Child Entities zone does not appear by default. You must click the Filters (The Filters Icon) icon in the upper right corner of this zone. You can filter the list using the Show All and Identifier Value fields.

To view the details of the respective child entity, click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to the child entity.
