Information to Provide to CrunchTime!

The following table lists the information you must provide to CrunchTime! and where to find each of them within Reporting and Analytics. Contact your CrunchTime! customer success manager or support@crunchtime.com to learn how to submit this information.

Information Location Set by Example

Authentication Server URL

  • Integration account password reset confirmation email.

  • Integration account dialog: click the side menu, click Administration, click System, click Integrations, click Edit, and then view the Authentication Server.

Oracle

Application Server URL

In the browser, after logging into Reporting and Analytics(without the /portal suffix).

User Name

  • Integration account welcome and password reset confirmation emails

  • Integration account dialog: click the side menu, click Administration, click System, click Integrations, click Edit, and then view the user name.

Customer

Client ID

Integration account dialog: click the side menu, click Administration, click System, click Integrations, click Edit, and then view the Client ID.

Autogenerated

Password

  • Can't be looked up.

  • Can be reset from the sign in page by clicking Can’t sign in? and then following the instructions.

You can't use the integration account to sign in to Reporting and Analytics.

Enterprise Shortname

  • Integration account welcome and password reset confirmation emails.

  • After logging into Reporting and Analytics, top left corner, three-character value in parenthesis.

Location Reference(s)

  • In Simphony EMC, click Enterprise, click Setup, click Enterprise Configuration, and then click Properties.

    • For each record click Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics, click Edit, and then note the value in the Location Reference field.

  • In Reporting and Analytics, click the side menu, click Configuration, click Portal Admin, click Organizational Structure, click Locations, and then note the value in the Location Reference.
