Copying Menu Item Links from a Master Cost Center to Assigned Cost Centers
- Click Maintenance, click Scheduler, and then click Create Job.
- Select Menu Item AutoLink as the Job Type, and then click OK.
- Select the Start Date and Start Time to run the job.
- To run the job only once at the selected date and time, select Run Once.
- To run on a regular basis, select Periodically, every, and then enter the frequency to run the job.
- (Optional) Select Send E-Mail Notifications to receive an email when the job runs. Select Only if Job Fails to receive an email only if the job fails.
- Click Save.
