Requesting Shift Changes
Labor Management Employee Self Service enables you to request shift changes.
In most cases, you can request changes from a desktop browser only.
You can send shifts to a pool and take shifts from a pool from a desktop
browser and a mobile device.
               
               
               - Log in to Reporting and Analytics.
 - Click Employee Self Service in the side menu, and then click Employee Schedule.
 - Select the shift, and then click Request Change.
 - To request the change to the shift start time:
- Select Change Start Time, and then select the date and time.
 - Type a note, and then click Save.
 
 - To assign the shift to another employee:
- Select Send to another Employee, and then select the employee.
 - Type a note, and then click Save.
 
 - To accept or reject a shift sent to you from another employee, select Accept Request or Reject Request.
 - To withdraw the change request:
- Select Withdraw Request.
 - Type a note, and then click Save.
 
 - To send the shift to a shift pool in a desktop browser:
- Select Send to Shift Pool.
 - Type a note, and then click Save.
 
 - To send the shift to a shift pool on a mobile device:
- Tap Assign Shift to Shift Pool.
 - Select the shift, and then tap Next.
 
 - To take shifts from a shift pool in a desktop browser:
- Click Shift Pool, and then select the shifts.
 - Click Apply.
 
 - To take shifts from a shift pool on a mobile device:
- Tap Take Shift from Shift Pool, and then select the shift.
 - Tap Next.
