Workstation 8 Series Platform

The Workstation 8 Series platform software includes the following components:

  • Hardware Device Drivers specific to each configuration of the Workstation 8 Series.

  • The Workstation 8 Series API Driver that allows applications to access the unique POS capabilities of the Workstation 8 Series.

  • A Diagnostic Utility that provides the resources for testing functionality and validating software versions. The utility allows you to test peripheral components.

  • The Oracle MICROS Client Application Loader for remotely managing the software on each configuration of the Workstation 8 Series.
