Pending Transactions

A payment terminal can process some transactions even when communication to the host is lost. The pending icon  indicates that there are payments that the terminal hasn't been able to send to the host for completion. Once communication is reestablished between the terminal and the host, then the offline transaction records are posted for processing with the host. To reduce the risk of declined payments, avoid offline transactions and reestablish communication as soon as possible.
