Roles and Users

The Payment Administrator role defines the areas and data that users can view within Payment Cloud Service. They create additional Payment Cloud Service roles which define the scope of access for users assigned to those roles.

Once users are assigned to a Payment Cloud Service role, they can access Oracle Payment Cloud Service.

• Add Payment Role
  Create a role to define user privileges.
• Define Payment Privileges
  Define and place limits on what each Payment role can do.
• Grant Access to Payment Reports
  Define the type of information a role can see within reports.
• Predefined Payment Roles
  
• Assign Users to a Payment Role
  Define the role for each user.
• Set Role as the Payment Administrator
  Assign the administrator role.
