Register the Terminal

Required system privilege: View terminals, Add, Edit terminals, and the correct location permission.

Castles devices must be onboarded and reassigned through Simphny EMC, see Set up Simphony for more details. All other payment devices should be assigned through Simphony Assign Payment Device, but can be reassigned from the portal.

1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Terminals tab, and then click Register.
2. Select the terminal model and then enter the serial number.

   Note:

   When entering the serial number, do not include dashes, just enter the numbers.
3. Click Continue.
4. Review the terminal details. Select the Location and Revenue Center.
5. Click Register and then click Register.
