6 POS Configuration
This chapter describes how to connect Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations to Simphony.
You must be using Reporting and Analytics version 20.3 or later.
During POS Configuration, the NetSuite connection must be authenticated in the Simphony Home portal. To complete the authentication process, provide the credentials for a Simphony Home administrator account that is assigned the Functional Administrator and Hierarchy Administrator roles.
