Delete Contained Units

Unit Type/Base Units cannot be edited in this module; they can only be edited in the NetSuite native Units of Measure module and not used in a transaction, an item, or a bill of materials.

1. On the Dashboard page side navigation menu, click Records, and then click Contained Units.
2. In the Action menu, click Delete.
3. Click the Delete button to confirm.

   An error message appears if the unit cannot be deleted because it is used in a transaction, an item, or a bill of materials.
