Create a Scheduled Job
- On the Dashboard page, click Inventory, and then select Schedule Counts.
- Click the Create Job button.
- Enter the information for the scheduled inventory job as described in the
following table.

Button or Field Description Run Once
Select Run Once to schedule the job for a single execution.
Recurring
Select Recurring to repeat the scheduled job automatically.
Select a Recurrence Type from the list. The selected recurrence determines how the Inventory Date is calculated for each scheduled count.

End of Month: Last day of calendar month will be selected for the Inventory Date

End of Week: Last day of week will be selected

Start of Month: First day of calendar month will be selected

Start of Week: First day of week will be selected
Execution Date
Select the date for the scheduled job.
Set the Inventory Date, Lead Days (which determine how many days before the inventory date the scheduled job runs), and Execution Date.
Note:
These three fields are interdependent. Changing the value of one field automatically recalculates the other two. For example, if you want the inventory count to be created for August 31, the system sets the Inventory Date to August 31. If you want users to begin counting two days earlier, set Lead Days to 2. The system then sets the Execution Date to August 29, while keeping the Inventory Date as August 31.Execution Time
Select the time when the scheduled job should run.
Job Type
Select one of the following options:- Create: Creates a new inventory count based on the selected count template and the specified Execution Date and Inventory Date.
- Book: Books all open inventory counts that use the selected count template.
- Refresh: Refreshes all inventory counts that use the selected count template.
Count Template
Select the Count Template to use for the scheduled job. The associated locations are selected automatically based on the selected template. All affected locations are displayed in the calendar view.

- Click the Save button to confirm the scheduled
job.
The job is created and added to the calendar view.
Click the Reload button to refresh the current calendar view.
