Nutrient Catalogs

Oracle Restaurants Back Office has nutrient catalogs for the following standards:
  • USDA_sr28
  • BLS_3.01
  • NEVO2011
  • NUTTAB2010
  • COFIDS2021

Load a Catalog

You can load only one catalog at a time. You need the administrative role to load catalogs. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Restaurant Operations Application.
  2. In the tree menu on the left, go to Records, Nutrients.
  3. Click Nutrient Catalog Loading.
  4. Select the catalog.
  5. Click Load Catalog.

Note:

Because of the volume of data, the loading process can take between a few minutes and several hours to complete.

The catalog data loads as a background process and you can close the page. The current status appears on this page.

Delete a Catalog

Follow these steps:
  1. Open the Restaurant Operations Application.
  2. In the tree menu on the left, go to Records, Nutrients
  3. Click Nutrient Catalog Loading.
  4. Select the catalog.
  5. Click Delete Catalog.
  6. The catalog data is removed as a background process and you can close the page.
