The application lets you provision Oracle Simphony organizations for your customers if you purchased the Cloud Service Solution (CSS). If you have inventory or gift card locations, contact the Oracle provisioning team for setup help related to those operations.
When you purchase the solution, you receive a welcome email. The email contains account information such as your Customer Support Identifier (CSI) and the name and email address of your Oracle Channel Manager representative. The email also has application URLs and user names. Application passwords are sent in separate emails.
