Download and Install the Enterprise Management Console (EMC)
Sign in to the SimphonyApp website at https://[ServerName]/SimphonyApp. You will need your Username, Company, and Password. If this
is your first time signing in to SimphonyApp, you will be prompted
to change your password.
After signing in, a red message prompts you to set up security
questions if they have not already been set. Click User
Profile, and then complete the security questions.

Click the Downloads link, and then
select Enterprise Management Console (EMC).

Click Download to start the EMC
client setup package download process.
It may take a moment for the download process to commence.
This process downloads a file called EMCSetup.exe.
After the download process is complete, run EMCSetup.exe to install the EMC client.
EMCSetup.exe contains all files required by EMC to function.
Select Yes for the question: Do
you want this app to make changes to your device?
Leave the default option (Modify) checked, and then click Next.

Click Next on the Select Features
dialog, leaving EMC Clent checked.

Files and libraries will be installed. The default installation
path for the EMC client is C:\Program Files\Oracle Hospitality.
Click Finish at the Maintenance
Complete prompt.
The process will create an EMC desktop icon. Double-click
the icon on the desktop to open the EMC sign in page.
