Configuration Guide Initial Setup Using Simphony Home Enable Labor Management Enable Labor Management You need to enable Labor Management for the location. Sign in to Simphony Home with the credentials supplied by Oracle. From the Dashboard, click the application navigation icon () at the top left of the page to view the side panel menu.
