For additional assistance with large configurations, please liaise with your Oracle Hospitality Account Manager, and share the following information:

  • Number of Workstations by Types (WS5a, WS6, Workstation 2015, Tablets, etc.)

  • Total Number of Properties

  • Total Number of Revenue Centers

  • Total Number of Employees

  • Total Number of Employees running reports

  • Total Number of Menu Items

  • Average Checks per Day (indicating peak business throughput)
