Configuring the SVS Service Charge Records

You can configure up to four service charge records for use with the SVS Processor plug-in for gift card service. The services charges are:

  • SVS Issue SVC Charge

  • SVS Activate SVC Charge

  • SVS Reload SVC Charge

  1. Select the Enterprise, property, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Service Charges.
  2. Insert a record, name it SVS Issue SVC Charge, and then click OK.
  3. Double-click the record to open it.
  4. Select option 14 - Service Charge Used For Stored Value Transactions.
  5. Set other Service Charge fields and options as needed. Configuring Service Charges contains more information about the fields and options.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to create the remaining service charge records, following a similar naming convention (for example, SVS [Service Charge name] SVC Charge).
