Preface

Oracle MICROS Simphony is an enterprise transaction processing platform used by businesses that vary in size from single unit to global, franchised, multi-unit operations. A Simphony system manages different food and beverage operations models, including:

  • Table service

  • Quick service

  • Fast casual

  • Bar

  • Drive-Thru

  • Concessions

  • Retail

Purpose

This Configuration Guide provides system administrators instructions to set up Simphony.
