With the introduction of GuestPay, the Suggested Tip % values (18%, 20% and 25%) were pre-populated for all Order Type Parameters, which are automatically included in the SPI messages as of Simphony 19.6 to support the Dynamic Tip feature. If the Payment Service Provider (PSP) supports this new feature, these values are then used for tip prompts on the payment device. To ensure the correct values are used, enter the desired Suggested Tip % entries in Order Type Parameters, or 0 to disable the feature. |
