Setting the Condiment Display

  1. Select the Enterprise, property, or revenue center, click Setup, and then click Format Parameters.
  2. Click the Options tab, and then select the appropriate options:

    Option Description

    4 - Wrap Condiments on Guest Checks

    Show as many condiments as possible on a single line on guest checks and customer receipts.

    35 - Hide Previous Round Condiments on Display

    Hide previous round condiments and show only the parent menu item when a workstation operator picks up a check.

    45 - Sort Current Round Condiments on Screen

    Condiment sorting occurs only when items are in different print groups and the parent allows condiment sorting.

    Set the check detail area to sort condiments as they are added.

  3. Click Save.
  4. Select the Enterprise, property, or revenue center, click Setup, and then click Control Parameters.
  5. Click the Options tab, and then select the appropriate options:

    Option Description

    37 - Enable Condiment Masking

    Show only condiments that can be added with the parent menu item.

    44 - Permit Required Condiments To Be Entered Out Of Order

    Allow condiments to be added out of order (conversational ordering).

  6. Click Save.
  7. Select the revenue center, click Setup, and then click Order Devices.
  8. Double-click a printer record, and then click the Options tab.
  9. To print condiments in red font, select 10 - Print Condiments in Red (Overrides Print Class Settings).

    The printer must be able to print in red.

  10. Click Save.
