Configuring Revenue Centers to Delete Service Teams at the Start of Day
You can configure Simphony to automatically remove all teams on a daily basis for locations that use Team Service as a standard of operation. Team members usually change daily based on employee scheduling and availability, allowing managers to create new teams each day without having to edit or delete previous teams.
- Select the Enterprise or property, click Configuration, and then click Task Schedules.
- Insert a new record, and then double-click the record to open it.
- On the General tab, select 7 - Workstation as the Service Type, and then select 3 - Reset Team Service as the Task Type.
- Select 4 - Recurring - Daily as the Schedule Type, select Enabled, and then select the Start Date.
- Click the Recurrence tab.
- In the Daily Frequency section, set the time at which to run the task, and then click Save.
- Repeat Steps 2 through 6 to create another task, but change the Service Type to 8 - Check and Posting.
