Introduction

Simphony Transaction Services Generation 2 (STS Gen2) is a REST API that delivers configuration and transactional capabilities. It enables guest-facing channels—such as mobile ordering applications, kiosks, marketplaces, loyalty programs, and venue apps—to submit, price, validate, and settle orders while receiving real-time status updates.

The API provides access to core commerce and configuration capabilities, including menus and pricing, item availability, taxes and discounts, order creation, updates, check and payment operations, and events and updates delivered through notifications and webhooks.
